  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Break feta into pieces and rinse under cold water in a fine mesh strainer to reduce saltiness. Drain well.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes; warm over medium heat until simmering, then remove from heat and cool.
