  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 medium to large watermelon
  • Assorted toppings: strawberries, peaches, blueberries, cherries, kiwi, blackberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, mint leaves (optional), edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt and orange juice; mix until combined. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar.
  2. Cover and chill the cream cheese frosting while preparing the fruits.
  3. Wash and slice all fruits as needed.
  4. Cut the watermelon into 2 to 3-inch thick rounds and then into wedges.
  5. Spread a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese frosting on each watermelon slice and top with desired fruits.
  6. Garnish with mint or edible flowers if desired.
  7. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness.
