  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon capers
