  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

  • Powdered sugar for glaze

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, yeast, and egg. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla; fold in strawberries.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter. Add the filling and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon before rolling tightly.
  6. Slice into rolls and let them rise again before baking at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes until golden.
  7. Prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese with powdered sugar and milk to desired consistency.
