  • 300g boneless white fish (cubed)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 12 tsp peri peri seasoning
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Marinate cubed fish with vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Toss with 2 tbsp flour.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, remaining flour, and parsley.
  3. Whisk together egg and milk until smooth.
  4. Dip marinated fish in the egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Cook using your preferred method: deep fry until golden brown, air fry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, or bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
