  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cups thinly shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 large avocados (sliced)
  • 4 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons SideDish Southwest Dressing
  • 1 lime (squeezed)
  • 4 tablespoons SideDish Southwest Dressing
  • 1 cup shredded goat cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Mix seasonings in a bowl, coat chicken tenders, and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 7–8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare vegetables: Slice red onion and chop cilantro. Shred both cabbages finely.
  4. Assemble wraps: Spread dressing on tortillas; layer with avocado slices, shredded cabbage, onion, cilantro, cheese, and sliced chicken.
  5. Roll tightly and slice in half if desired.
