  • 2 lbs large shrimp (2124 count), peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp salt (for cooking water)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter (plus extra to grease the pan)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish with butter.
  2. Boil water in a large pot with salt and Old Bay seasoning. Cook shrimp until opaque (about 30 seconds), then drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 13-15 minutes until bubbly; broil for an additional minute to achieve a golden topping.
