  • 2 oz (60 g) freeze-dried raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) powdered sugar for dusting

  1. Crush the freeze-dried raspberries into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Mix in the ground raspberries and rosewater until well combined. Cover with cling film and chill until firm (2-3 hours).
