  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until dough forms.
  2. Press dough into a tart pan evenly and poke holes in the base. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
  3. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in another bowl. Melt white chocolate gently and mix it into the yolks.
  4. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour mousse into cooled pastry shell and smooth out. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
