  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on a flat surface and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheese in the center.
  3. Place the cheese mixture on top of the sprinkled cheese and cover it completely with the remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap the mixture tightly in cling wrap to form a ball shape; secure it with rubber bands for an adorable pumpkin look.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Once chilled, remove from wrap and top with a bell pepper stem.
