  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 8 refrigerated biscuits (16 ounces)
  • ¼ cup pasta sauce or pizza sauce
  • 3 ounces chopped pepperoni
  • 78 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease muffin tins.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Mold each biscuit into the muffin tin and prick the bases with a fork.
  4. Brush the inside of each biscuit with the butter mixture.
  5. Layer half a teaspoon of sauce in each cup followed by one tablespoon of mozzarella and half a tablespoon of pepperoni.
  6. Sprinkle optional Italian seasoning on top.
  7. Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
