  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 roll or bagel of choice
  • A few slices of mortadella
  • 2 eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese
