  • ½ cup buttermilk (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the peaches by washing, slicing them into wedges, and placing them in each muffin cup over butter and brown sugar.
  3. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together room-temperature butter and sugar until fluffy before adding egg and vanilla.
