  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 6 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with liners.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla; mix on medium speed for about three minutes.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture and mix on low speed until just combined.
  5. Microwave Nutella for about 30 seconds to soften it.
  6. Fill muffin liners three-fourths full with batter and swirl in warmed Nutella using a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
