  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup crumbled cotija cheese
