Ingredients

  • ribeye steak
  • soy sauce
  • gochujang paste
  • garlic
  • bell peppers
  • bread (thick slices)
  • jalapenos
  • cheddar cheese
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Freeze the ribeye steak for 30 minutes for easier slicing. Cut into thin strips.
  2. Marinate steak with soy sauce, gochujang, ginger, brown sugar, rice wine, garlic, black pepper, apple, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat. Cook marinated steak for 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Sauté sliced bell peppers in the same pan for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Assemble sandwiches with buttered bread, layers of steak, peppers, cheese, onions, jalapenos, and spring onions.
  6. Grill sandwiches until golden brown and cheese melts.
