  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (5 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
