  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts
  • Toppings: sprinkles, candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with vegetable spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil; beat until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool before crumbling it into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  5. Mix in frosting until well combined and roll the mixture into balls (about 1 inch).
  6. Chill the formed balls on a lined baking sheet for at least two hours.
  7. Melt candy melts in intervals in a microwave-safe bowl; dip sticks into melted candy before inserting them into chilled cake balls.
  8. Dip each cake pop in melted candy melts for full coverage; decorate immediately with sprinkles or toppings.
