  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (400+ degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Carefully cut the top of each lobster tail shell without damaging the meat inside.
  3. Devein the lobster if necessary and gently open the shell.
  4. In a small pot, mix together butter, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and white pepper.
  5. Brush half of the mixture on each lobster tail and reserve the rest for basting.
  6. Grill tails for about 4 minutes per side while basting with remaining butter mixture until they reach an internal temperature of 135-140 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Serve immediately with drawn butter on the side.
