  • 300 g Pancetta
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 ml Vegetable or Chicken Broth
  • 300 g Brie (rind removed)
  • 300 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Parsley (chopped) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice pancetta, mince garlic, and dice onion.
  2. Fry pancetta in a pan over medium heat until golden brown; remove.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan with butter until translucent.
  4. Add broth and brie; melt cheese before stirring in heavy cream and spices.
  5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Mix in cooked gnocchi, letting it coat well in the sauce.
  7. Stir in parsley and reserved pancetta before serving hot.
