  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • optional: 2 tbsp corn starch and 4 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Whisk together honey, dijon mustard, garlic, and melted butter; pour over chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Cook on LOW for about 3 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
  4. Shred or chunk the chicken; stir in heavy cream before serving.
  5. For a thicker sauce optional: whisk cornstarch with water and add it to the slow cooker for an additional 30 minutes.
