  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chili crunch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 scallions

Instructions

  1. Mix tomato paste, honey, chili crunch, soy sauce, and water in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook cauliflower for 4-5 minutes until browned; transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add remaining oil to the skillet and brown the ground beef for about 3-4 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Pour prepared sauce over beef and cook until thickened (1-2 minutes). Toss in cauliflower.
  5. Serve garnished with scallion greens.
