  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 3 cups béchamel sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (optional)
  • 2 cups sautéed spinach or zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on the bottom of the dish. Layer cooked lasagna noodles, followed by sautéed vegetables and chicken (if using), then top with mozzarella and more béchamel.
  3. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with béchamel and Parmesan on top.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
