  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the peanut butter filling, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Chill.
  3. For the cookie dough, cream melted butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough, flatten it, place a teaspoon of peanut butter filling in the center, and roll into balls.
