  • 2 sheets of thawed puff pastry
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 minced cloves)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder (or minced garlic), salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares.
