  • 23 medium potatoes (for chips)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • Homemade burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Cut potatoes into chips and season with olive oil and half the spice mix.
  2. Bake potato chips for 30–40 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and brown the beef mince, mixing in the remaining spice mix.
  4. Prepare the homemade burger sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
