  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 scallions, diced (the green and the white part)
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 1517 flour tortillas
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese for dipping sauce
  • 1/2 cup half & half for dipping sauce
  • 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour for dipping sauce
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice for dipping sauce
  • Fresh cracked pepper for dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium pan, cook ground chicken until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, scallions, blue cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll a few tablespoons of the mixture in each tortilla; place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
