  • 16 oz Brussels Sprouts
  • 6 oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt

Instructions

  1. Trim the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Prepare a baking dish by spreading half of the melted butter and olive oil mixture on the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the butter mixture.
  5. Arrange halved Brussels sprouts on top of the feta.
  6. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over the sprouts and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until tender and golden.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze right before serving.
