  • 1 batch homemade brownies
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cake flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (cold)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare brownies as per your recipe and chill in the freezer for 30–45 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream cold butter with sugars in a stand mixer until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until fully combined; fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F. Scoop dough, flatten slightly, place brownie cubes inside, seal and roll back into balls.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.
