  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef (5-7 minutes), then drain excess fat and stir in the spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine drained spaghetti with cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well coated.
  5. Spread some meat sauce in the baking pan, layer spaghetti on top, pour remaining sauce over it, and sprinkle with cheeses.
