  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup cool coffee
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, coffee, butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
  4. Cool completely before cutting into star shapes using a cookie cutter.
  5. Melt the blue candy melts in intervals until smooth and drizzle over each brownie star.
  6. Immediately add red, white, and blue sprinkles on top.
